Why aren’t my videos playing?

Video errors may be caused by a number of factors. We recommend trying the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Clear your cache and cookies
2. Make sure your Flash Player is enabled, and up to date
3. Disable the following:
     a. Firewall
     b. Browser extensions/add-ons
     c. Antivirus programs
4. Sign out of Edunomi, quit your browser, then sign back in
5. Try signing in from a different browser (Chrome tends to work best for our website)

If you’re still having issues, please do contact us (select Technical Issue) and we’d be happy to check on that for you. Please be sure to include the following:
1. Your browser type
2. A direct link to the class
3. A screenshot of the video error
4. A screenshot of your console for the problematic page. On your browser, simply press Ctrl+Shift+J (or Cmd+Alt+J on a Mac)

Why are my videos blurry?

Your videos may take a few seconds to buffer as they start playing. If they are still blurry after 5-10 seconds, it’s possible that there are some issues with the instructor’s video files. If that’s the case, please do contact us (select Technical Issue), and we’ll check on that for you!
